Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup of cream (200 ml)
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the onion and dice it into small cubes. Peel the garlic clove and dice it into small cubes or press it through a garlic press. Peel the eggs and dice them into small cubes. Now place the cream, mustard, honey, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Stir vigorously to combine. Then add the chopped onion, garlic, and diced eggs and mix well. Finally, taste and adjust the seasoning if desired. Pour the dressing over the salad and stir to combine.
