Tortellini salad spicy – hot

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g tortellini (filled as desired)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 300 g ham, cooked
  • 1 handful of pine nuts
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 bottle of sauce (salsa)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Cook the tortellini in salted water. Dice the bell peppers and ham. Toast the pine nuts without fat (and not at too high a temperature). Mix together the yogurt, sour cream, and salsa, thinning with a little milk if desired. Combine all ingredients and let stand for a while. This makes a large bowl of salad, absolutely delicious!
