Beetroot, sour cream, and horseradish salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 package of cooked beetroot or about 2 larger raw beetroots, then pre-cook
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp creamed horseradish
  • 2 apples
  • some lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • some balsamic vinegar, sweet
  • some honey
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

delicious beetroot salad

Dice the beetroot and apples and mix with the remaining ingredients. Season to taste.
