Corn – leek – salad

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 kg leek
  • 2 cans of corn
  • 1 jar Miracle Whip
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Split the leek lengthwise, wash thoroughly, remove any tough leaves, and then cut the white and light green parts into approximately 1 cm wide pieces. Place in a salad bowl. Drain the corn, then add it. Mix with Miracle Whip, then let it sit in the refrigerator for about an hour. Season with salt and pepper before serving. Add a little more Miracle Whip, if desired.
