Pineapple-apricot whey

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g pineapple, fresh
  • 200 g apricot(s)
  • 300 g whey
  • 1 dashes lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • e.g. sugar or agave syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the pineapple, remove the core, and cut the flesh into pieces. Wash, halve, pit, and chop the apricots. Blend the fruit with the whey and lime juice and season with sugar or agave syrup to taste. Serve in glasses.
