Vegetarian Soy Bolognese Sauce with Thermomix

The perfect vegetarian soy bolognese sauce with thermomix recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Spices:

  • 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 350 g Carrots
  • 15 g Oil
  • 2 Cans Chopped tomatoes, 400 g each
  • 120 g Fine soy strips or minced meat, not soaked
  • 100 g Water
  • 80 g Tomato paste
  • 0,5 tsp Hot paprika powder
  • 1 Msp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried basil
  • 0,5 tsp Pepper
  • 0,5 tsp Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable broth powder
  1. Chop the halved onion, garlic clove and carrots (chopped) for approx. 5 seconds / speed 5. Add the oil (coconut oil, olive oil, etc.) and sauté for 3 minutes / 100 degrees / level 2.
  2. Then add all the other ingredients. It is best to place the cooking insert on the opening as a splash guard instead of the blender jug. Cook for 18 minutes on level 2 at 100 degrees.
  3. The spices are variable and can of course be exchanged. The sauce is also ideal for use as a lasagne sauce. Instead of 2 cans of 400 g tomatoes each, I also used a large glass of 600 g tomato strains and used a little more water for it.
