Salads: Freezer-style Beef Salad
The perfect salads: freezer-style beef salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Cooked beef *
- 1 piece Apple
- 1 piece Fresh shallot
- 10 cm Cucumber fresh
- 2 piece Mushrooms brown
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise*
- 1 teaspoon Paprika paste
- Salt and pepper
- * The “mayor’s piece” was left of the beef soup and nobody wanted it in the broth or fried afterwards. So I made a salad of it.
- Cut the cooked beef into very small cubes. Peel the apple and onion and also cut into small cubes.
- Do the same with the cucumber and the cleaned mushrooms. Mix everything.
- Add mayonnaise *, paprika paste, salt and pepper, stir well, let steep for two hours and season again before serving – here with a fresh pretzel.
