Vegan with Soy Flakes: Bolognese Sauce
The perfect vegan with soy flakes: bolognese sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Soy flakes
- 2 medium sized Chopped onions
- 1 medium sized Garlic cloves chopped
- 4 tbsp Oil
- Salt
- Ground pepper
- 500 ml Passed tomatoes organic
- 200 ml Vegetable broth *
- 1 piece Bay leaf
- Oregano if you like
- Brown the chopped onion and garlic in the oil.
- Then add the tomatoes and vegetable broth. Add the bay leaf.
- Mix everything together, season with salt & pepper. Now add the soy flakes and let everything simmer for a good 10 to 20 minutes. Place the lid at a slight angle.
- Finally add the sliced oregao and let everything stand for about 10 minutes. During this time, the pasta or rice can be cooked as a side dish.
