Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup oil
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix all ingredients in a bowl to form a batter, then pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 45 minutes. Measure the amount of cream you’d like to serve.
