Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 175 g yogurt (cream)
  • 1 tsp horseradish, freshly grated
  • 1 tsp mustard, hot
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • some lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp oil (sunflower)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

In a bowl, stir the yogurt until creamy. Combine the horseradish and mustard. Season with salt, sugar, pepper, and lemon juice. Gradually whisk in the oil. Suitable for leaf salads such as endive, iceberg lettuce, lamb’s lettuce, or butterhead lettuce.
