Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp, levelled peppercorns, black
  • 2 tbsp, leveled sea salt, coarse
  • 1 tbsp, leveled mustard seeds or mustard flour
  • 1 tbsp, leveled chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp, leveled paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp, leveled garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp, leveled onion powder
  • 1 tbsp, sautéed dill tips
  • 1 tbsp, crushed coriander powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Grind the first four ingredients in a blender until finely ground. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly, or blend in a blender. Perfect for steak and burgers, the mixture also adds a special touch to poultry or firm fish. The ideal dry marinating time is between 10 minutes and 3-4 hours.
