Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp, levelled peppercorns, black
- 2 tbsp, leveled sea salt, coarse
- 1 tbsp, leveled mustard seeds or mustard flour
- 1 tbsp, leveled chili flakes
- 2 tbsp, leveled paprika powder
- 1 tbsp, leveled garlic powder
- 1 tbsp, leveled onion powder
- 1 tbsp, sautéed dill tips
- 1 tbsp, crushed coriander powder
Instructions

a great spice for meat for grilling and frying
Grind the first four ingredients in a blender until finely ground. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly, or blend in a blender. Perfect for steak and burgers, the mixture also adds a special touch to poultry or firm fish. The ideal dry marinating time is between 10 minutes and 3-4 hours.
