Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 50 ml rapeseed oil
  • 75 ml balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 5 flowers (dandelion flowers)

Instructions

Working time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Combine all dressing ingredients in a bowl. Pluck the yellow petals, chop them, and stir them into the salad dressing.
