Chicory iceberg lettuce with flowers in a fine dandelion and mustard vinaigrette

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ chicory
  • 1 handful of iceberg lettuce
  • some flowers (dandelions, daisies, pansies)
  • 2 tbsp walnut oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • some leaves (dandelion leaves)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and chop the lettuce. Mix the dressing and season to taste. Arrange the salad with the dressing and flowers and serve.
