Hawaiian goulash with rice

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg turkey goulash
  • 1 can pineapple, in pieces
  • curry
  • 2 bags of rice
  • 400 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sear the turkey goulash, then add the pineapple pieces and their juice, season well with curry, and simmer for about 20 minutes. Then add the cream, season with curry if desired, and bring everything to a boil. Serve with rice or potato dumplings.
