Blueberry smoothie à la Gabi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 100 ml orange juice
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), including the pulp
  • some mint sprigs, chopped
  • 400 g natural yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 2 tsp honey, liquid
  • 200 ml mineral water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Puree blueberries, orange juice, vanilla pulp and mint with a hand blender and whisk with yogurt, honey and mineral water.
