Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 1 tbsp marjoram, dried
- 1 tbsp thyme, dried
- 1 tbsp oregano, dried
- 2 tbsp, crushed paprika powder, sweet
- oil
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
because it doesn’t always have to be pork!
Cut the chicken breast fillet into small pieces and marinate it in a mixture of oil, marjoram, thyme, oregano, and paprika for about 1 hour. Cook slowly in a hot pan over medium heat. Season with salt at the end of the cooking time. Serve with fresh flatbread, tzatziki, and salad.
