Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 10 turkey cutlets, approximately equal size
- 10 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 jar mustard, medium hot
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups of sweet cream
- Sugar
- Salt
- pepper

Prepared in larger quantities, also ideal for parties
Combine the mustard, sour cream, and cream in a saucepan and season with sugar, salt, and pepper. Peel the onions, slice them into rings, and sauté until translucent. Cut the meat into medallions and place them in a lightly greased dish. Spread the onions and sour cream sauce over the meat. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 30 minutes. Serve with bread or rice.
