  • 2 tbsp vinegar (raspberry vinegar)
  • salt and pepper
  • some sugar

Instructions

e.g. ideal for lamb’s lettuce

This salad vinaigrette/dressing is delicious and perfect for lamb’s lettuce. Take the juice of one freshly squeezed orange, add 2 tablespoons of raspberry vinegar, and season with salt, pepper, and a little sugar. It’s done.
