Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 m.-large iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 2 bell peppers, of your choice
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (herb vinegar)
  • 4 tbsp oil (garlic oil)
  • Herbs, of your choice
  • 1 onion(s), finely diced
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with peppers and cucumber

Wash the iceberg lettuce, spin dry, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Repeat with the bell pepper. Dice the cucumber as well. For the dressing, combine the above ingredients. Place the lettuce, bell pepper, and cucumber in a salad bowl and toss in the dressing just before serving.
