Blondies with walnuts

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • Oil or butter for the mold
  • Breadcrumbs for the mold
  • 100 g butter or margarine, soft
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 120 g flour
  • ¾ tsp baking powder
  • ¾ tsp salt, coarse
  • 130 g walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 100 g chocolate, white, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

delicious sweet thing

Brush a rectangular baking pan with a little oil or butter and cover the bottom with breadcrumbs. Shake off any excess breadcrumbs. Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then add the egg and vanilla sugar. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt and mix to form a smooth batter. Stir in the walnuts and chocolate. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly with a spatula. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat, fan: 160°C, gas mark 2) for 25 minutes until golden brown. Let the blondies cool and cut into 16 squares.
