Very refreshing drink for summer and suitable as an aperitif

First, add the white wine to the glass, then the mineral water, and finally a dash of Aperol. It should then be bright red. Now just add the ice cubes and a slice of lemon, and you have the trendy drink of South Tyrol’s summer of 2003.
