Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ¼ bunch flat-leaf parsley
  • ¼ bunch dill
  • 8 stalks of chives
  • ½ box of garden cress
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 2 tsp mustard, hot
  • 60 g cream cheese, 16% fat
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash, dry, and finely chop the herbs. Puree with milk and mustard. Add the cream cheese and mayonnaise and blend again. Season with salt and pepper. You can also stir in hard-boiled, chopped eggs, if desired. Serves with cucumbers, zucchini, lettuce, lettuce hearts, potatoes, and pasta.
