Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 2 large cans of tomatoes
- 1 large onion(s)
- 250 g bacon, diced
- 200 ml cream
- 300 ml dry white wine
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
- possibly oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
strong, with ham, cream and white wine
Roughly chop the onion and garlic and sauté with the bacon in a large pot. When everything is lightly browned, add the tomatoes and wine and bring to a boil briefly. Blend everything finely with a hand blender. Then add the cream; do not boil. Season to taste with salt, pepper, sugar, and, if you like, oregano. Great for midnight parties.
