Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g smoked pork
- 500 g sauerkraut
- 6 m.-sized potatoes, peeled
- 4 stalks of spring onions
- Oil for frying
- 1 ½ liters broth, granulated
- 500 ml cream
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cut the meat and potatoes into small cubes. Brown them together in hot oil, add the sauerkraut, and then season with salt, pepper, and garlic. Add the broth and cream and simmer for about 15 minutes. Season with broth granules, if desired.
