Pasta with cheese, cream, ham, sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 500 ml cream
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices of cheese (Gouda)
  • 8 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • salt and pepper
  • some nutmeg
  • 500 g pasta

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook pasta of your choice. Meanwhile, heat the margarine in another pot, stir in the flour, and deglaze with the cream (for a roux with cream). Cut the cheese into small pieces and stir into the sauce. Add the finely chopped cooked ham and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
