Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 8 mint leaves
- 6 raspberries
- 3 cl sugar syrup
- 1 cl raspberry syrup
- 5 cl rum, white
- Soda water or mineral water
- Crushed ice
- 2 mint sprigs
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Carefully wash the mint leaves and raspberries, pat them dry, and place them in a glass. Pour over the lime juice, sugar syrup, and raspberry syrup. Crush the mint and raspberries thoroughly with a muddler. Fill the glass about two-thirds full with crushed ice. Stir well. Pour over the rum and top up with soda or mineral water. Stir briefly again. Place a mint sprig in the glass and serve immediately with straws.
