Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

Refreshing and fruity, perfect for hot summer days – super quick and easy!

Cut off the tip and stem of the lime, halve the lime lengthwise, and then quarter each lime. Place four or five lime-eighths into a large highball glass, add the sugar, and muddle everything with a cocktail muddler. Then add the frozen raspberries and fill the glass with water. Stir vigorously with a long bar spoon and serve with a straw and garnish, if desired. If you like, you can also muddle a few mint leaves along with the limes and sugar.
