Cocktail Tropico Mousse

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 ml pineapple juice
  • 250 ml passion fruit juice
  • 40 ml grenadine
  • 500 ml Pils
  • 2 limes
  • n. B. ice cubes

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

a delicious beer cocktail, as I know it from one of my favorite French restaurants

Halve the first lime and squeeze out the juice. Cut two slices from the second lime and cut the rest into wedges. Combine the pineapple, passion fruit, and lime juice with the grenadine in a pitcher with a capacity of at least 1 liter. Gradually add the beer. Do this slowly, or it will foam too much. Pour the drink into two large beer glasses and serve with ice cubes and a lime, if desired. Place the lime slices on the rim of the glass.
