Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 pork chops
  • 6 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • Pepper from the mill
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ⅛ liter white wine
  • ⅛ liter cream
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Rinse and dry the chops. Then spread a thin layer of mustard and pepper. Grease a baking tray with 2 tablespoons of oil and place the chops on it. Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic, then mix with 4 tablespoons of oil and spread evenly among the chops. Cook in a preheated oven at 225°C for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the white wine with the remaining mustard and pour onto the tray after 15 minutes. Leave in the oven for another 10 minutes. Then remove the tray and deglaze the sauce on the baking tray with the cream. Season the sauce with salt and pour over the chops. Serve hot.
