Elderberry cocktail

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cl syrup (elderflower syrup)
  • ½ lime(s)
  • crushed ice
  • 250 ml tonic water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

alcohol-free

Pour the elderflower syrup into a 0.4 l glass. The syrup is quite sweet, so if you like it that way, use 4 cl; if you prefer it a little less sweet, use 2 cl. Cut half a lime into four pieces, squeeze lightly over the glass, and add the pieces to the glass. Add crushed ice so that the glass is half full. Then top up the mixture with the tonic water. Stir with a wooden skewer or a spoon and serve with a straw.
