Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 ml juice (carrot juice)
- 125 g natural yogurt (goat or sheep)
- 100 ml peach juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- some salt
- some lemon juice
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Blend the juices and yogurt well, add salt and sugar, season with lemon juice, and pour into a highball glass. Grate some nutmeg over the top.
