  • 2 cl gin
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp syrup (sugar syrup)
  • 1 tsp grenadine
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 180 ml sparkling wine, dry

Instructions

New Year’s Eve drink

Shake the gin, juice, syrups, and ice cubes in a shaker and strain into a champagne glass. Top up with sparkling wine.
