Tomatoes baked with pesto

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 small tomatoes
  • 1 slice(s) of bread
  • 5 tbsp pesto

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 225°C. Wash the tomatoes and cut off a “lid.” Crumble the bread and mix it with the pesto. Spread the mixture among the tomatoes, replace the “lid.” Place the tomatoes in a greased dish and bake in the center of the oven for about 10-15 minutes.
