Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- olive oil
- 1 onion(s)
- 150 g ham, cooked
- 1 can of tomatoes
- Salt
- pepper
- Thyme
- ½ cup crème fraîche
- possibly Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with tomato sauce and thyme
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. Finely chop the onion and heat oil in a pan to taste. Sauté the onion. Finely chop the cooked ham and add it to the onions. Add the tomatoes (chop any large pieces if necessary) and simmer. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme (just enough). Finish with crème fraîche (the amount can be adjusted to your liking). Fresh Parmesan cheese is also delicious.
