Chocolate Shake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 scoop of ice cream (chocolate)
  • n. B. Chocolate shavings for garnishing
  • 2 tsp water, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix cocoa powder and sugar with about 1-2 teaspoons of hot water until all lumps have dissolved. Add milk and chocolate ice cream and whisk until frothy. Pour into a glass and garnish with grated chocolate to serve.
