Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g yogurt
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 110 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 180 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the ingredients until smooth. Pour the batter into the holes of a greased muffin tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 20 minutes.
