Nectarine-passionfruit-blueberry cocktail

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 nectarines
  • 200 g blueberries (blueberries)
  • 500 ml passion fruit juice (chilled)
  • 500 ml juice (ACE drink e.g. blood orange/pink grapefruit), chilled

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Very refreshing on hot summer days (alcohol-free)

Wash the nectarines and blueberries and slice them. Thread half of the nectarine slices and a few blueberries alternately onto wooden skewers. Puree the remaining nectarines and blueberries with the passion fruit nectar. Top with the ACE drink. Serve the drink in tall glasses, each with a fruit skewer and a cocktail stick.
