  • 200 g mixed dried fruits
  • 100 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 3 tsp cherry jam
  • some cocoa powder

Blend the dried fruit in a blender. Knead it together with the ground hazelnuts and cherry jam to form a firm dough. Form the dough into small balls and roll them in a little cocoa powder. Packaged in small, attractive bags, these chocolates make a lovely last-minute gift from the kitchen. This recipe yields approximately 30 balls.
