Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 m.-large zucchini
- 3 m.-large tomato(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 lemon(s), organic
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt
- Pepper, from the mill
- aluminum foil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Grilled side dish
Wash the zucchini, pat dry, and halve. Cut the zucchini lengthwise three times and place on aluminum foil. Slice the tomatoes and place them between the cut sides of the zucchini. Finely chop the garlic. Grate the lemon zest and mix with the garlic and oil. Season with salt and pepper, brush over the stuffed zucchini, and grill for about 10 minutes.
