Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 bell peppers, colored
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 dashes Tabasco
  • lots of salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp barbecue seasoning
  • 1 bunch of herbs of your choice, fresh
  • 1 dash of olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

inexpensive, fast and tasty

Chop the vegetables (not too finely), mix them with the spices, herbs, and sauces in a bowl, and marinate for half an hour. Then grill them in a bowl or grill pan for about 10 minutes. You can vary the dish a lot, for example, with herbs (flat-leaf parsley works very well) or even add potatoes for a more filling flavor. We like to eat it simply with a piece of bread.
