ma-ja's vegetarian vegetable grill skewers

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bell peppers, yellow and red
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Broccoli and cauliflower, a few florets each
  • some cherry tomatoes
  • e.g. balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean the peppers, onion, and tomatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Thread all the vegetables onto skewers, alternating so that each skewer contains all the different varieties. Season with a little balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper, and let it sit for a while. Then place them on the grill. The skewers will take 10-20 minutes to cook, depending on the grill. I sometimes grill the vegetable skewers without seasoning and only add seasoning once they’re ready to serve. This also tastes good.
