Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 1 cube of yeast
- 1 tsp, levelled sugar
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 1 shot of oil
- Water, lukewarm
- possibly fried onions, as required
- possibly grains, as required and choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
without walking time
First, combine the flour, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Crumble the yeast cube over the yeast and add the oil. Gradually add the water and knead until a smooth dough forms. Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan and place it in a cold oven. Bake at 190°C (convection oven) for approximately 25-35 minutes. Of course, you can add any other ingredients you like, such as fried onions, seeds, etc.
