Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cl passion fruit juice
- 1 cl syrup (coconut)
- Sparkling wine, dry
- Desiccated coconut
- 1 slice(s) lemon(s), thin
- some lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes
Dip the rim of a champagne glass halfway into lemon juice, then halfway into the coconut flakes. Mix the passion fruit juice with the coconut syrup, pour it into the champagne glass, and top with dry sparkling wine. Cut a lemon slice and place it on the rim.
