Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 slices of toast
  • 50g salami
  • 50 g cheese (e.g. Emmental, mountain cheese)
  • olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • Rosemary, fresh, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut out circles from the toast. Finely slice the salami and cheese, mix with the remaining ingredients, or season to taste. Distribute among the bread circles.
