Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • some lemon(s), grated peel
  • 250 g flour
  • some milk
  • 100 g almonds, slivered
  • 100 g raisins
  • 100 g candied lemon
  • 50 g candied orange peel

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix all ingredients together to form a dough (it may be quite sticky). Using two teaspoons or your hands, form small balls of dough and place them on a baking sheet. Bake at 175-200°C for 15-20 minutes.
