Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tbsp, levelled cocoa powder
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (chocolate flavor)
  • 3 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 175 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp milk or water
  • 125 g butter
  • 65 g desiccated coconut
  • 25 g almond(s), peeled, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Mix the ingredients in order until a dough forms, form 3-4 rolls about 3 cm thick, and chill until firm. Cut the rolls into 1/2 cm thick slices and bake for 10 minutes at approximately 200°C. Tip: Don’t place them too close together, as they will spread slightly.
