Peach – Melba – Buttermilk

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 peaches
  • 3 handfuls of raspberries (frozen)
  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • e.g. sugar or sweetener
  • Lemon balm

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

very refreshing

Peel the peaches, remove the pits, and puree them. Add the raspberries and puree them as well. The frozen raspberries give the drink an icy, creamy consistency. Add buttermilk and sugar, if desired, and stir. Divide between two glasses, garnish with lemon balm, and enjoy immediately.
