Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g raspberries
- 300 g kefir or yogurt
- 1 banana(s)
- 40 g vanilla protein powder
- 200 ml coconut drink, alternatively plant drink or milk

one of my favorite shakes
Briefly rinse the raspberries. Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend briefly on high. I like it best with the coconut drink from dm. This amount makes 2 large glasses.
