Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g raspberries
  • 300 g kefir or yogurt
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 40 g vanilla protein powder
  • 200 ml coconut drink, alternatively plant drink or milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

one of my favorite shakes

Briefly rinse the raspberries. Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend briefly on high. I like it best with the coconut drink from dm. This amount makes 2 large glasses.
