- 100 g raspberries
- 60 g red currants
- 100 g Skyr Vanilla
- 150 g kefir
- 1 shot of oat milk (oat drink) or milk
- 1 tbsp, strained maple syrup grade A or honey
- 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 60 ml oat milk (oat drink) or milk, optionalmore
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Rinse the berries briefly and place all ingredients in a blender. Run the blender on high for about 1 minute.
