Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g raspberries
  • 60 g red currants
  • 100 g Skyr Vanilla
  • 150 g kefir
  • 1 shot of oat milk (oat drink) or milk
  • 1 tbsp, strained maple syrup grade A or honey
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 60 ml oat milk (oat drink) or milk, optionalmore

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Rinse the berries briefly and place all ingredients in a blender. Run the blender on high for about 1 minute.
