Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g feta cheese, in cubes
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green, diced
  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • ½ cucumber(s), diced
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 tbsp, levelled sugar
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the bell peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, and corn. Whisk together the sugar, mustard, balsamic vinegar, and oil, and season with salt and pepper. Stir the dressing into the vegetables. Finally, fold in the cheese cubes.
